Friday

Dinner - Lee Jackson Cafeteria offers regular and whole wheat spaghetti with vegetarian sauce or meat sauce, fresh salad with dressing of your choice, homemade garlic bread (yes, really!) and assorted homemade desserts ($11.00 prepaid only).

Saturday

Breakfast - Mathews High School Principal and Students offer fresh Panera Bread bagels with assorted cream cheeses and butter, fruit, coffee and juice ($5.00).

Snacks - The four well-stocked REST STOPS will have great yummies to keep you going during your ride provided by the Mathews Rotary Club, Mathews Maritime Foundation, Mathews Chamber of Commerce and the Gwynn's Island Civic League.

Lunch - Lunch at Williams Wharf will be provided by Southwind Cafe, a local restaurant, owned by Ned and Dia Lawless.  It will include your choice of a Chicken Caesar Wrap or a Veggie Hummus Wrap, pasta salad, chips, 2 mini muffins (all natural, whole grain, and dried fruit) and beverage.

Afternoon Dessert - The Celebration Dessert will be Mathews' famous Strawberry Shortcake served by the Thomas Hunter Middle School PTA from

1-4 p.m.

Dinner - Have dinner at a local Mathews restaurant or come downtown for the goodies that open at 4 p.m. at the BLOCK PARTY on Court Street!!

Sunday

Breakfast - Emmaus Baptist Church will have coffee, muffins and fruit available at Thomas Hunter Middle School (Small Fee).

Lunch - Enjoy local Mathews cuisine!!!
